Consultation on the Volunteering Strategy
for Northern Ireland

The Department for Social Development launched the consultation on the Volunteering Strategy for Northern Ireland on 2 July. The consultation document sets out the Department's view about how volunteering can be encouraged and strengthened over the next five years.

The consultation document contains over 40 proposals which may shape the final Volunteering Strategy.

The Department wants to hear your views as part of this consultation to help ensure that the strategy meets the needs of volunteers and the organisations which involve them.
