The Forum meets on a bi-annual basis with secretariat support being provided by the Volunteer Development Agency. The Forum may establish sub-groups to take forward particular pieces of work. The sub-groups will meet as appropriate and may co-opt other individuals with relevant expertise/interest to join them.
