This is a vital part of the mentoring relationship. Where can a mentor go for support after the mentoring relationship ends? What targets do they still want to achieve and will they do them? Do you give your mentors and mentees certificates, hold a graduation event? If the relationship breaks down, do you carry out an exit interview where possible? What questions will you ask?
