University Certificate in the Effective Management of Volunteers

This Certificate is organised and delivered jointly by the Volunteer Development Agency and the School of Education at Queen's University Belfast (QUB). Delivered part-time over one year, it provides an academically rigorous programme based on nationally recognised standards of good practice. The programme is open to individuals who have some current responsibility for managing volunteers.

Level
The course is credited at Level 1 and attracts 60 CATS points (equivalent to 60 credit points on a first year undergraduate programme).

 

Cost
£630 - bursaries may be available towards costs for smaller organisations that want to support an application.
