Training programmes can provide volunteers with the opportunity to be as effective as possible within their role and to develop their skills and talents. By providing appropriate training and information, you can ensure volunteers are aware of your organisations policies and procedures and can also assist in risk management.
This three day course is for those people who are responsible for designing and delivering training but have little or no experience in doing so. The course covers the basic skills required by an effective trainer.
