By effectively identifying the impact that your volunteer programme is having in meeting the organisation's aims and objectives, volunteer managers can better communicate to staff, volunteers and service users the value of involving volunteers and can highlight the benefits to the organisation through their involvement.
This one day course looks at how to define and measure success in your volunteer programme. It will look at the importance of evaluating your volunteer programme and what an evaluation should include.
