Developing appropriate roles for volunteers in line with the organisation's objectives, and following fair, efficient and consistent recruitment procedures for all potential volunteers are important tasks for volunteer involving organisations.
This 2 day course explores the principles and procedures for the effective recruitment and selection of volunteers. It provides volunteer managers with practical information and advice to support them in attracting volunteers to appropriate roles within their organisation.
