Individuals must meet the entrance requirements for a university certificate course i.e. a good general standard of education (a minimum of 5 GCSE passes/ 1 A Level or equivalent) as well as relevant work experience, in a paid or voluntary capacity. Individuals must have some current responsibility for managing volunteers. Consideration will be given to those with relevant skills and capacity in lieu of qualifications.
