A clear and well thought out volunteer policy is the foundation for volunteer involvement and can provide your organisation with a framework to manage volunteers effectively.
This one day course introduces the important of a Volunteer Policy and what it should include.
Participants will look at the steps involved in developing a policy and will consider their own value base for involving volunteers.
