Agency staff provide guidance and advice on all areas of working with volunteers. By being available to deal with queries on the telephone, or by email, visiting projects or organising meetings, staff provide the latest information and practical advice on issues such as recruiting and selecting volunteers, reimbursing volunteer expenses, drawing up a volunteer policy and accredited training for volunteers.
