The Volunteer Development Agency is marking Student Volunteering Week this year by working with Volunteer Centres NI, Queen's University, University of Ulster, Further Education Colleges and secondary schools across Northern Ireland to promote the Week and encourage students to volunteer.
Representatives from the Volunteer Development Agency and Volunteer Centres NI will be attending various careers/work experience fairs during February to promote volunteering. If you are a student and attend the relevant school/University/College and would like some information on volunteering come along and see us on:
* 10 Feb, 11am - 3pm, Work Experience Fair, Whitla Hall, Queen's University.
* 22-26 Feb, Information Stand, Student Guidance Centre, Queen's University - VSB.
* 22-26 Feb, Information Stand, Enniskillen Library - VSB Fermanagh Volunteer Centre.
* 23 Feb, 9.30am - 3.15pm, Careers Fair, Cambridge House Grammar School, Ballymena.
* 23 Feb, Work Experience Fair, University of Ulster at Jordanstown.
* 23 Feb, 12-2pm, SERC Downpatrick - Down District Volunteer Centre.
* 23 Feb, Careers Forum, College of Agriculture, Food & Rural Enterprise, Greenmount Campus - Loughside Volunteer Centre.
* 25 Feb, Voluntary Work Information Day, University of Ulster at Coleraine.
