Individuals under the age of 18 cannot usually be on the management committee of a Charity, although they may be permitted to be on the management committee of a non-charitable voluntary or community group. However, under 18s can be involved in management committee activities in other ways, such as through advisory groups, giving them an opportunity for input and gaining experience to support future committee involvement.
