Our consultancy service is flexible and is available across Northern Ireland. The session is tailored to your specific organisational needs and suited to your committee's own stage of development, at a time and venue that suits you. The aim and desired outcomes are fully discussed and agreed prior to the event. There is a small charge for consultancy work and we are happy to provide an estimated cost.
