About the Jump on Board Training

The Jump on Board training programme is designed to give young people a basic understanding of how gropus in the voluntary and community sector are formed and the role carried out by management committees.

 

Training Aim

The overall training aim is to introduce essential information and develop key skills that will support the participation of young people, under the age of 25, in management committees within the community and voluntary sector.

 

Audience

Young people aged 16 to 24 years.

 

The training contact is designed for participants with little or no knowledge or experience of management committee involvement.
