Are you responsible for recruiting volunteers? Want to find out more about good practice in attracting and selecting volunteers for your programme?
This 2-day course explores the principles and procedures for the effective recruitment and selection of volunteers. it provides volunteer managers with practical information and advice to support them in attracting volunteers to appropriate roles.
Developing appropriate roles for volunteers in line with the organisation's objectives, and following fair, efficient and consistent recruitment procedures for all potential volunteers are important tasks for volunteer involving organisations.
The Building Change Trust have kindly provided funding for participants to do this FREE training as an accredited place. The funding covers the full cost of assessment and certification through the Open College Network, making it a valuable opportunity for evidenced development. It is expected that candidates who accept a free training place will submit their workbook for accreditation within two weeks of completing the course. Candidates who book for this course should be prepared to meet this commitment.
ACCREDITATION
NOCN Accreditation is 3 Credits at Level 2. Participants must attend all sessions.
