Creating Volunteering Champions (CVC) is a 3 hour volunteer managment training course for sport (phase I) and arts (phase II). The phase I training course is aimed at individuals who volunteer or work in a sports club / organisation and costs £20 per participant. CVC has been awareded an Inspire Mark by the London Organising Committee Olympic Games.

It aims to: 

• Help organisations recognise the importance of volunteer involvement;
• Support organisations to implement good practice in volunteer management in sport; and
• Enhance the volunteers' experience 

By engaging with Creating Volunteering Champions participants are kicking off their journey to fully commit to creating a culture and way of working that protects, values and empowers volunteers.
