• Engaging with new audiences and encouraging them to unleash their creatvity; try new things and achieve deeper engagement with volunteering, 2012 and Northern Ireland;
• Enabling volunteers to gain experience, use existing skills and develop new skills in events volunteering;
• Supporting the development of 2012NIVolunteers as a pool of diverse and skilled event volunteers from Northern Ireland; and
• Helping to facilitate a partnershipwith 2012NIVolunteers and major events in NI
