FREE Health Check

Would you like a FREE health check of how you are managing your volunteers?  Would you like to get one step closer to achieving Investing in Volunteers?

The Department for Social Development has provided funding to Volunteer Now to carry out 'Health Checks' with organisations in relation to their volunteer management practice.  By using the Investing in Volunteers framework, a trained assessor will benchmark your organisation against the standard and provide you with a development plan, clearly outlining any areas for improvement/gaps in practice and signposting to where you could get help to address them.  All you have to do is answer a few questions, then sit back and await the diagnosis!

A Health Check will only take about half a day of your time but the benefits are far reaching.  Our experience with Investing in Volunteers shows that some organisations struggle with self assessment techniques - by letting us do a Health Check, we do this part of the work for you.

We have funding to conduct Health Checks across Northern Ireland between April 2010 and March 2011.  If you are interested in this opportunity, please contact me as soon as possible, providing:
