Applications for the Certificate in Effective Management of Volunteers 2008-2009 are now open! The Agency is holding an Information Session to tell you more about the Certificate.

This certificate is organised and delivered jointly by the School of Education at Queen's University and the Volunteer Development Agency.  A very popular programme - a 2006 graduate from the programme said "Don't manage volunteers without it!"
